“It's a building with several apartments so ours did not exactly match the photos, but it did look similar enough. We were on the second floor and there was no lift - something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. The sofa was a little small but comfortable enough. The apartment was clean, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, presumably from previous guests. The oven did not work for us. “Nice apartment. Clean and spacious and everything you need for short stay. Instructions on accessing building and flat are easy to follow and everything operates smoothly. Great location on doorstep of bars/restaurants, shops and cinema. The only thing is it can be noisy at night at weekends. Do as I did and take earplugs and you will be fine and have good sleep. The bed is also very comfortable. ”

“We stayed here last April (2023) and it was fine but the back garden was a disappointment and we andvised them of this issue. Unfortunately, even though the drain has been sorted the garden has gotten much worse and needs attention for little cost. Also the neighbours hang their washing over the fence which isn’t a very nice sight to see in a morning. The house itself is fine with everything you need. A long mirror somewhere downstairs would be helpful and a mirror in the first floor bathroom……

“Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference.”

“The property was set in beautiful grounds just off Penistone Road. It was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that we needed and Annie was a very welcoming annd helpful host. Just across the road was Greno Wood which had many woodland walks, or runs, on our doorstep. Also close by is Chapeltown with restaurants and shops. Also there is a swimming pool nearby. Would definitely recommend.”

"The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had a pleasant conversation with them during check-in and check-out. The room was tidy and well-maintained. When I requested additional coffee packs from housekeeping, they generously provided me with more than I expected. The room is well-equipped with plenty of electrical sockets, which is very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak and could be improved."
