“This property is well located and is clean and of a good size. The staff were very friendly. We were three adults and they provided an additional bed that wasn’t set up properly and collapsed- luckily no one was hurt and we could put it up properly. We also paid additionally for a spa which stopped working and never heated properly despite having the staff look at it three times. The room comes with supplies for the first day with nothing extra for the additional adult. The towels don’t dry so……

“Location: Excellent, on Ortigia island but close to mainland. Near open air market & many good restaurants. Facilities: Common areas are superb & luxurious. Room is OK, not great. Bathroom too small, especially shower, which also leaks after each use. Service: At breakfast, service is excellent. Housekeeping is OK, sometimes good, sometimes a bit off. Food: Judging from breakfast, restaurant probably very good. In conclusion: If the bathroom was larger and better, it would truly be a 5-star……

“Even before we walked in the door, the staff had begun to demonstrate the superior level of their service. Parking even our tiny car was a challenge due to the narrow street, but two of the staff arrived almost simultaneously and got us parked with ease. Superior service continued with each member of the staff and management, making our stay easy and most enjoyable. “交通方便，去中央火車站搭乘巴士路缐班次均多，距離也近，僅需約10分鐘車程。去Palermo 城內古蹟景點也很近，附近飯店也多，價格合理。飯店附的早餐菜色雖不是太多，但品質很好。”
