「This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

「We really liked staying here! It was SO close to the beach & also to a trolley stop. The house was so cute, very clean & modern inside. It looks way better inside than outside. One complaint I have is that the door is opened by a lock code/keypad. Once you’re inside, there are 2 locks you can turn but they don’t lock the door from the inside. This was an issue with small kids because there really isn’t a way to lock in. The kids can just turn the handle & the door opens up. It’s a little scary...

「Convenient place near the beach. The mattrices were not all that great, but everything else was what I expected. It was easy to get in and out of the place. They could have let us in early and I think they should look into that for others. We were there an hour early, the place was clean, and no one around. The app didn't give us the code until the set check in time.」

「Cute decor inside with tv and amenities for cooking. Nice beach/bath towels. Lots of room to spread out (we were 2) Good beach cart and beach chairs. Limited parking on weekends; the back door is frosted glass and is always reflecting lights from outside. The beach is either 1/2 mile to see sunsets and Siesta Key Beach is about 1 1/2 miles drive away.」
