“Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. “It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location.”

“This is a good place for a budget focused stay. The furniture was uncomfortable and some items were broken. Ant infestation in the kitchen. Many light bulbs were burned out. Appears to be a leak under the kitchen sink. Many patches in the walls and a stain on the kitchen wall. The filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. “We were disappointed. It was listed as luxurious. It was dirty with lots of bugs, may have been cockroaches. Future renters should know it’s on a busy street. No kitchen towels, no wash cloths, no top sheets, no hand towels, no drinking water, no ice, no Kleenex. It just wasn’t clean nor welcoming.”

“My husband & I stayed one night with our two labradors. The backyard is spacious and the fence is secure so we were comfortable having our dogs back there without constant supervision. The owner even had a delivery made with household products when they realized the place needed a few key items (TP, towels, etc.). The host was very communicative and quick to reply with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this rental for those who are traveling with their furry friends.”
