“We three adults stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming and in a good location. Having the bathroom attached to the bedroom was ok for us but not great. The sofa bed in the living room was broken. I managed ok on it but a large person and certainly 2 would not. It's a sweet place for up to 3-4 people if they share a bed--definitely cozy--(great shower!)”

“I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We also appreciated the convenient off-street parking.”

“Spacious property with beautiful views of the beach. Security entrance staff was warm and welcoming. The unit has all the amenities and comforts of home- pots, pans, dishes, cooking oil, dryer/washer and was pleasantly surprised they had a high chair for our 3 yr old. Comfy beds. The beach access is as awesome. Unfortunately the waves are pretty strong and I wouldn’t recommend a swim or having children to near the shore.
