I requested maintenance or at least a pair of pliers in order to straighten one of the radios, electrical prongs, but received no response. “Pros The hotel is fantastic, Staff are amazing. The place is clean and well decorated. Food at the Sundance restaurant was excellent and so was service. Con’s It’s a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the front desk, if you are traveling with someone else drive through the valet area, you can unload baggage and then go park. There are no luggage carts. The hotel totally nonsmoking including the pool area you can smoke in the casino. They have lots of very very expensive snacks in the……

“Very nice place to stay - the staff at the general store on the first floor was top notch - very kind and helpful! Only thing to be aware of is the pool is cold (which can be really nice after a long day out in the heat, but just something to be aware of and plan for) - Also - very convenient for visiting the Hoover Dam.”
