“Amazing location for city sightseeing and cruise terminal ”

“This is our 5th stay pre cruise at the Doubletree Hilton, all very clean and service very good. Easy check in. Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. Do think car parking should be free though for guests staying at the hotel overnight.”

“We ha e never seen such a clean hktel bathroom! Rhe room was spotless and the beds were oerfect for our needs. The breakfast crockery could have been cleaner. The family area stank of Pot and the fire alarm went off as someone burnt a croissant in the toaster. Other than that the hotel and the servjce were excellent. All the staff were well trained and very polite, courteous and helpful. ”

“The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!”

“早上洗澡的時候，浴室沒有冷水(就是水都是超級燙的那種) 換了兩個房間都一樣，最後用礦泉水沖掉，事後飯店給了全額退款”
