I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.

I pre paid for this property only to find out when we arrived at midnight that they had given our room away. Because we paid for the room through Expedia, we are having an issue getting a refund. This is an airport hotel, so I don't see why they aren't anticipating late night check in? If we hadn't paid for the room in advance, I could understand their reasoning with giving the room away.

I was told by desk clerk at check in, there was no shuttle from the hotel to airport or rental car area.
Desk clerk was very unfriendly.

The lady at breakfasts buffet is very unfriendly. We seated for 10min and nobody was coming and offer tea or coffee. We have to go find her and ask for coffee. Well, she did bought a pot of coffee for us and left immediately. I have to go find her again and ask for milk or cream. We told her directly that her service is not up to Hilton standard at all.
