“room was very clean.. asked for extra towels and we received them right away. breakfast.. eggs, potatoes, 2 strips of bacons, breakfast taco, waffle, bagels, butter, syrup, ... Coffe and milk and orange juice. good enoug of breakfast ... fun atmospher around the pool and food and drinks available... i and wife will be come back”

“The grounds are beautiful. The hotel is being renovated and is a work in progress. It's close to the beach, so keeping all areas clean would be nearly impossible. Housekeeping was non existent. We had to ask to have them empty trash and bring towels. The front desk was always quick to give extras or bring extras to the room. We spent 3 nights and breakfast was the same every morning, but there were several options...it just got boring by the 3rd day. All things considered, we would stay again……

“Really Nice rooms, nice pool and hot tub, they could do a little fixing up, some tiles on the floor were broken in hallway going to elevator and if you were not paying attention where you were walking when you step on them they go in like floor under is rotten, also water pressure in room wasn’t good for shower, fine if taking a bath.”

“I loved this property! Kitchenette, pool, across from a coffee bar/Pier/bar, surrounded by restaurants, and a Walmart on 1 side and a Kroger on the opposite.”

“We had a waiter in the restaurant that was just excellent and just so helpful with our kids. His name is unusual and he had just started working there and I do not remember his name believe it started with an a.”

“This place is amazing a little older but a great place to stay. The beach is literally across the street the pool and tiki bar right outside your window. The only real issue we had was the room smelt a bit musty but not enough to make us change rooms. We will be staying there again in the near future. ”

“There is plenty of parking and they have a gate arm where you have to have a pass to get in. The property is very conveniently located next to many restaurants and the Strand. The room and the facility was clean and they were actually painting some of the hallways when we arrived. You can tell they try to keep the property up. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.”

“One of my favorite places to stay in Galveston! Canyon and Glenda made my stay very welcoming. Breakfast was Very Good. They were also doing upgrades on furniture while we were there. New Hideaway couches, New tables and dressers. I asked if new beds were coming. Not yet !! My room attendant I did not get there name, but they were Great also Making sure our floor was clean thru the week and new towels every day. Thank You All for all your hard work it made our family vacation THE BOMB! Also……
