“Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi spa pool, steam room, sauna room, all this facilities are available to hotel guests free of charge.
Spacious room, stunning view from the room, tranquil environment, nice breakfast buffet (many fresh melons!!!!), everything was dreamy!!!!”
“Multiple slats were missing from one bed so the mattress slumped. This was rectified when reported.
There was mould on the walls within two rooms which I was merely told happens due to the area they are located and they’d get the cleaner to sort. This never happened.
There was an overpowering smell that came from the carpet in the master bedroom which induced a headache every time I was in there. I was told they would get the carpet cleaner on it but this did not happen.

“Amazing location - we went to sleep with the sound of the sea coming in. Piano bar two floors down however, was too noisy up to midnight. English cooked breakfast disappointing but Continental breakfast options very good. Mattress not so good. Easy walk to other dining and shopping.”

“The hotel is in a stunning position overlooking the sea and harbour. The spa is modern with a pool and nice outside areas to relax. The staff were just amazing and so friendly. Food was wonderful and we couldn’t fault a single thing. Highly recommend and hope to return on one of our next Cornwall trips.”
