“This area was far enough from the strip that it was quiet in evening time and you could get some rest at night. Newer modern type apartment.”

“Loved our stay. Very clean! Beds were like sleeping on clouds. The only issue was the walls are paper thin so you can hear noise from everywhere. However it did not cause a problem for us. Would definitely stay here again! Very reasonable in price.”

“The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.”

“The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. You really notice it when you come in from outside and then eventually your nose becomes accustomed to it. The ice maker doesn’t work and there were no ice cube trays. We were……

“this little place was perfect! it was so cozy and clean. I’d say my 2 favorite things about the stay was the fireplace under the tv and the shower! me and my husband stayed for our honeymoon and just this little studio alone made our entire trip! We will be back.”

“This property was exactly as advertised. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. It’s an easy drive to the center of activity, but we found it more economical to use Uber than to pay in-town parking. The sound of the air conditioner kept us from hearing any noise out on the street. This was a good value and it suited our needs.”

“We (two adult couples) recently had the pleasure of a 3-night stay and it was a fantastic experience. The communication from the host was fantastic with clear instructions from check-in to checkout. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulch has plenty of restaurants and music (recommend The Station Inn) and is a short walk 15-20 walk to the chaos on Broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.”
