“Hotel is very close to Haneda airport. 10 min walk through a shopping center. It had spa (with outdoor pool as well) at the top floor which is one of the best spa in Tokyo. Room is small but adequate especially you only stay for 1-2 nights.
Hotel self check in and check out are so convenient. It takes 5 min for check in and 2 min for check out which is a major plus when you are tight on flight schedule”

“It would be better if the hotel has opened it’s lobby for guests’ arrival by car so that we didnt need to walk with the luggages from terminal 3. Apart from that, the location of the hotel in the airport is perfect and easy to find. Although the room are not fancy and slightly old, it’s understandable. I love the beds as they are not too soft and the support of them and the pillows are perfect. Bathroom is nice too, can do shower and bath. Clean and tidy.”
“I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. When they found the room was not up to standard and they apologised. This is what’s we called “good service“. I will definately come back……
