I stayed there for 6 nights. After the first night, I asked to change the room because the air conditioner was noisy and disturbed my sleep. They promised verbally, but in the end they said there were no rooms and gave the room to the guest who checked in. I asked to change the room in the morning, and the front desk said they would clean it and change it after 3 pm. After 3 pm, they told me that the room was given to the new guest. This experience was very bad. Hilton will not be my choice of accommodation next time.
Customer service very slow and unresponsive. The staff seems overstretched. The guest service line is often busy or you’re put on hold for a long time. Also, there is too much outside noise in neighboring rooms with big gatherings.
