Ashley was our check in person at Tulsa Hyatt Regency Downtown. She was so helpful and friendly. I had booked a room that wasn’t right for our family and she was able to guide me to a much better room that included the Regency Club which we really enjoyed. This was an okay stay that served its purpose — a short walk to the event I was in town for. The suites and beds were fine. What was not fine was for $150 a night and breakfast or a coffee bar is not included in your stay. I was offered a complimentary coffee by an associate from the cafe upon check out which I declined because I had already purchased my coffee for the day. If you don’t have a REGENCY suite, breakfast and snacks are not included. So if you book the executive suite don’t bet on morning amenities. Gym was also nice and clean, I appreciated that they had a built in water filter.

The greeting from the valet staff and the check-in counter was very pleasant and easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was very apparent, smelt good and no stains. Only thing I had issue with was the failing grout in the shower tiles and on the bathroom floor (minimal but still an eyesore). Also the shuttle transportation they offer (anything within a 1 mile radius of the hotel) was a life saver, we were visiting from Texas to see a concert at the BOK Center. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I’m ever in Tulsa again I will consider this place again.

I thought they were going above & beyond but in reality, above & beyond is their bare minimum! The valets could not have made me and my girlfriends feel anymore safe while they shuttled us around downtown! The weekend had late nights, early mornings so i got to know several shifts of gentleman and they were just absolutely amazing!! Hearing each member of the staff call the hotel "my hotel" was so special! I knew they have pride in their job and i know that the staff is being treated so well! 10 out of 10 they are amazing!

The pool was not available and that is the only reason why we chose this hotel over others. I went on a day trip from Oklahoma City to Tulsa for my daughter‘s 25th birthday. Staying at a hotel with the pool was part of the celebration. I let the front desk person know that we were very disappointed and the circumstances around our disappointment. They told me that it was on their website and I explained to them that I booked through Expedia and it was not noted there. At that time, I think it would’ve been very appropriate to offer us some kind of a discount or a voucher or something like that. Later that day we went to the bar and ordered espresso martini. The bartender let us know what they didn’t have espresso, so we ordered an Irish coffee. The bartender didn’t know how to make an Irish coffee and she told us she would have to walk “all the way back to the servers area to get us some coffee” reluctantly. Then she poured shots of Jameson and Baileys in lukewarm coffee with cardboard coffee cups, and charge us $16 per drink. Needless to say I did not drink them. She was perfectly unapologetic as well. Nobody really seemed to care whether or not we were happy with our stay there. I would definitely not go back.

Loved that it was walkable to the BOK center. Checking in was interesting as when you enter the Hotel you had to go up a floor to the check in desk. The rep at the desk wore a mask so it made it difficult to hear her clearly and it was like dealing with an automated machine. No personality at all. The room was as requested. Spacious, clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I would stay here again but would wait for someone else to check us in.

Great location to BOK center, but nothing worth walking to immediately nearby that I saw otherwise. Parking garage is another $20-30 night. Bar could be nicer. Bathroom is tiny but clean.

This hotel was in a perfect location, and was very walkable. However the BEST part on my stay was interacting with the valet drivers. They weee friendly, gave the best recommendations and were absolutely charming. Well worth the cost. I’d definitely book this place again and recommend my family to stay when they come visit after my move to Tulsa.
