“The receptionist told us that the hotel was overbooking when we arrived in the night at June 27. He wanted us to move to another hotel. We were confused and angry because we already paid by credit card online. He had a bad attitude and then give us a room with disdain because we don't want to change our hotel. What?? He just told us that the hotel was overbooking and now he gave us a room immediately? The receptionist was really bad. But the bellboy was very kind and easygoing. The room……
