“As an airport hotel. This one is super easy walking distance to arrive airport (less 50 meters). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially when you arrive midnight because the airplane got delayed. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. No complaints at all so if you have next day long flight or early flight, this hotel won’t let you down.”

“Last minute booking to this hotel. Lovely pool area, great snacks and drinks and friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast was high quality, well presented with lots of choice. We only had one night stay, but left wanting more. Beach and view to die for. Perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy drive in and out, plenty of free parking. ”

“Communication ahead of the visit was very good and the airport pickup was very easy to arrange, despite the late hour of arrival. The room was well appointed and with good facilities. The breakfast hamper was a good approach to dealing with variable departure times for an airport facility, and there was enough choice in what was provided to suit most people (although not perhaps for those with a big appetite). The grounds were nicely kept and our taxi arrived promptly in the morning. All round,……

“We had a great family holiday here. The proximity to Athens whilst being on a quiet beach with nearby restaurants and the basketball court was fantastic for us. The hotel was smart and comfortable with a decent breakfast and the service/staff were welcoming and helpful. ”

“OK accomodation for one night relatively close to airport. All communication by internet. Could be a challenge if not computer experienced. No restaurants close to the accomodation, only a hamburger place which is not recomended. ”

“Fantastic place to stay, Staff amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We loved the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Athens. It’s only 5min walk to beach and restaurants and small supermarket next door. The owners do provide a pick up from Athens airport for a fee. There is also bus service nearby to metro which takes you right into Athens if need be. Highly recommend this place. 10/10. ”

“It is a very good experience to stay in Varaba Country House. We arrived the airport around 7 pm, and the driver picks us up on time. The house is very nice and new, the driver is so friendly and the dinner prepared by the cook is excellence! Definitely will recommend to friends and re-visit the house. ”

“Appartamento composto da una stanza con angolo cottura e letto, bagno separato molto piccolo il lavandino. La struttura si presenta bene, noi l'abbiamo presa per una sosta tra un volo e l'altro da Atene. Il prezzo della sistemazione è stato onesto, decisamente caro il transfer di andata e ritorno dall'aereoporto alla struttura (non più di 10 minuti di macchina) sono costati 40 euro. Quindi se non avete un mezzo mettete in conto altri soldi per arrivare. ”

“The hotel looks great in general. It is located in Mati which is about 10 euro taxi fare from the Rafina Port. The swimming pool is not too big but good enough, overlooking the bay area. Facilities are all up to standard. All the staff we encountered are friendly and helpful. The reception has been of great help in directing us the transportation to visit Athens, which is about 45 mins away by bus.”
