"Customer service is excellent, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. The blankets and pillows are feathers filled so a causing some allergy but I found out when checking out that they could provide anti allergy pillows and blankets which is a good thing. "

"The location is great for somewhere that you would like to do a getaway. The facilities are fantastic for both kids and adults who are into culture. If I must complain, it would be the fact that the estate is huge and car park is quite far from everything else."

"The staff were super friendly, they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay here, both the front desk, and 1F restaurant for breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. The massage in the hotel was phenomenal!! We stayed for one night, and went back again to stay another night the next week. Definitely will go back, and strongly recommended!"
