“This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel while in the Philippines. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly & quick to solve any problems you may have. The location is great if you are going to the entertainment district and within walking distance of the SM Clark mall. The only downside is that the hotel seems a little empty, but I assume that is because I like going in the off season for cheaper flights. “房間都過得去，餐飲普通，泳池及周维園林好靚，近海灘，不過不可以游水，海边有大量垃圾，周边有好多酒店及餐，我早一天同經理定車明天8時正由酒店去機場，睇她忘記了要等多半小時材有車走，酒店至機場車費比教貴一點3000P”

“Its a good value for the money as you get to use the water park facilities as part of your stay and the free breakfast was very good. Only thing the rooms were smaller than they looked in the online pics. beautifull view of the ocean and mountains. ”

“Pleasant resort, enjoyable stay despite a few concerns. Several buildings, from older cottages to a new 3-storey building. We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. The owner/manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. Space by the beach for family dinners, boodle, etc. Beach and ocean clean and clear. IMO the……

“Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help.”

“Very small room (had a room with 2 full size beds). There were dust balls on the floor. Bathroom is very small with shower and toilet in one space.”
