"I almost never leave reviews but my experience here was so good, I want to share it. First thing, yes the rooms are small but the dimensions are listed so there should be no surprise. But also, the room was CLEAN- like immaculately clean and that’s important for me. The week before I’d stayed at a major hotel chain in a large US tourist city for a lot more $ than Motto, and the room was dirty w chipped worn furniture. "My husband and I loved this Holiday Inn!! The staff were so great and its very close to L'Enfant Metro station. The ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bed was as hard as a rock. I've had pallets on the floor more comfortable. Everything else was great."

"The hotel is undergoing renovation. The restaurant was not available; the staff were possibly stressed and not very helpful. The room was spacious; the microwave and minifridge are good to have. It should be very nice when the renovation is complete. Its in a great location."
