"Sad that you can hear the noises in the hallway. Other guests passing by and even staff upshing their trolleys. Sound proofing not so good. Other than that, stay was perfect."

"The City Gardens Suites Manila was ok, it is an older building but looked and felt nice. Had issuses with door alarm going off constantly and had to use the one and only key card, which also was needed for power to room, to reset the door alarm. Parking spaces were very limited (4) and extremely narrow. Other than that it was a comfortable hotel and the resturant was nice, did not get the chance to have the free buffet breakfast because had to get up really early to make it to the airport."

"The restaurant offered great meals at good prices. The staff were accommodating with baggage storage. The airport shuttle was very efficient."

"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"

"Simply put, the staff is amazing! Friendly and accommodating. One big problem however is the cigarette smoke that infiltrates room 318. The loud music from the club was also a problem. If I ever stay at Rothman again I will never stay in room 318 or anywhere near. Location is centrally located. Again, great staff, budget hotel and great deal, no hassle with all the typical PI hotel surcharges "

"This hotel is very convenient and safe as far as I'm concerned, whether I need to take LRT or need a cab. It is also close to the Robinson's mall, where I can shop and buy food during my stay. The area is well lighted that I wasn't worried when returning back to my room in the evening. The security guards did a good job of always watching the in and out of the hotel guests. That's why for the last 8 years, I've always made my reservations without any second thought. "
