I arrived by train and it was a quiet and easy walk from the station through a pleasant path, although slightly marred by the path taking a tunnel under the railway line, where drug addicts were taking drugs in an area just off to one side, making it seem potentially dangerous after dark (I left in the dark, so actually walked further along a main road to avoid this subway). "Very unclean hotel, dirty floors, elevators, bathroom. The shower head fell off. The pool was so dirty. They advertise they have parking and that's the reason I booked this but we had to find parking a couple of streets away. Very disappointed."

"When we checked in noone in the reception told us that there is no hot water in the hotel. Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. No hot water and not even sorry from the part of the hotel. We check out without having a hot water...and shower. For...

"It’s a decent place and I suppose you get what you pay for staff for really friendly came back late and wasn’t sure how to get back in as the there’s no key for the front door I didn’t realise you had to press the buzzer no sign and it was a little dark down there but apart from that the room was decent and staff were really nice and friendly "

"Loved the hospitality of the staff and wonderful breakfast. The room was quite small for four people although there were sufficient beds. The beds were a little bit stiff but not terrible. The shower was interesting as it included a full body massage option. Be warned that the shower has an alarm that went off after we had fallen asleep (not sure why) but we were able to turn it off.
