"Very friendly and helpful staff, the Area is very friendly, lovely peoples. The room a little small, but clean. a/c works better in a small environment. Breakfast wasn't great, but great quality alternatives in the bars and restaurants in easy walking distances, at the nearest within 2 minutes walk. "

"When we checked in noone in the reception told us that there is no hot water in the hotel. Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. "Staff were amazing ! The breakfast was excellent, amazing choices of food only thing I was a bit upset that they did not offer Orange Juice . There were several juice like drinks though . Coffee was perfect. I will be staying here next year for sure when I return . "

"Very unclean hotel, dirty floors, elevators, bathroom. The shower head fell off. The pool was so dirty. They advertise they have parking and that's the reason I booked this but we had to find parking a couple of streets away. Very disappointed."
