"The front desk was great and the hotel is nice and well located... only issue is the traffic noise which you can get around by using the heating/cooling system in the room which is really loud which becomes 'white noise"."

"The room was comfortable enough although very firm large pillows and noisy AC. Checkin required an app download, ID and photos. Ok for most, but not for my mid-70s parents who also stayed. Overall satisfactory."

"The facility was good - close to great walking along the river, grocery stores, onsite laundry. But the 10th floor smelled like pot for 6 days. Smokers on the floor for the entire week and no one would fix it. "

"Over all experience was excellent. The only ding i have is the carpets had stickers on it and I stepped several and they hurt. apparently vacuuming was not done prior to my stay. Don't know what that was about?"

"We stayed just for one night, the hotel is nice and clean. Walking distance to Harvard. The drawback is that it charges a resort fee, but there are no resort facilities. Also breakfast has very limited options and all was served in plastic. "
