“Booked a small double so wasn’t expecting a huge room. The room was very small but had everything we needed as we were out most of the day. The main issue we did have was the shower. It was truly awful. I would recommend that some of the staff actually try washing in it. It was a tiny corner shower with a fixed shower head. The water was split between hot and cold (it didn’t mix them together) and the space was so limited it was nearly impossible to wash. The bed however, was very comfortable……

“地點很好，很方便，但房間很dirty，第一日check in，床鋪上己有很多頭髮，像是沒有更換床鋪似的，還有一隻很大的蟑螂，我們complain了，但當晚當席的員工說是從我們的行李帶到來，我們真的很氣憤，這也是我們出門第一次遇到這麼dirty的酒店，我一定不會再來。而且廁所的水力很弱，洗澡的水很熱，不能調較溫度，我連續入住了六晚，一點舒適感覺也沒有！！”

“The deluxe room is a great size and price which was unexpected for London! The pictures are accurate to the room with some lovely decor. The room was clean and had all necessities provided. There were many lights and all were bright/adjustable which was great for working. The kitchen was also good with provided cutlery and appliances, even coffee and tea. The shower was a little small but the water pressure was good and the shower had a secure door so water would not leak out. Check in was……

“We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well-located. Although property management is not onsite, they were very responsive when we had requests, including calling me to follow up. They were also quick to respond when we had questions during the booking process. I would stay at this or another Stayo property in the future.”
