"Fantastic location and staff. The room itself ok minus the bathroom issues. The sink was clogged. It smelled badly when water was running. Toilet did not have a lid, there was no fan and lastly had a sliding door that didn’t leave anything for privacy. "

"Our check-in process was seamless and the greeter at the front desk was outgoing and helpful. It’s such a pleasure to interact with a person that appears to enjoy their job and are exceptional at it. The room itself was spacious and had a cute retro chic vibe to it, I especially appreciated the room layout which placed everything as if it was a loft apartment. "The service was excellent with very helpful and courteous staff. The first full day of my service was uneventful except that the daily housekeeping that I requested did not happen. I mentioned this to the staff later that day and the housekeeping problem was taken care of for the rest of my stay.."

"Need more handicap parking. Desk chair was dirty, was in room 303 so had to walk a long way with bad knees and a lot of street noise. Bed was comfy, liked separate room for water closet."

"The property itself was really good. It was quiet and everyone was so friendly and helpful! Beds were clean and comfy as was the bathroom. However the floors were not very clean both in the hallways and in the rooms. The breakfast was cold and very disappointing this morning but what can you do. I would really recommend the hotel and the location was great! "

"We loved this hotel!!!! The staff was amazing and so helpful! I actually thought the hotel was brand new it was so clean but was told it is 7 years old. Very nice location! The bed were not comfortable which was the only complaint I have about the property. "
