"I feel like I was at home. The room and the floor was quite. Hotel's location was in the center of Rovaniemi. The refrigerator was full and quite good. I can choose the same place if I decide to go to Rovaniemi Lapland again. Thank you, "

"Loved the newly renovated section , parking is close , no payment , nice room and bathroom was excellent quality … breakfast was great selection and quality … just it was a bit expensive for the overall hotel and no baggage service or help was difficult with 3 kids, snow and small elevators ."

"Great location. Out of town enough to view an aurora through the window while our baby was sleeping. Could ski on the frozen river straight from the property. Loved the wet room with a sauna - this was really cool! Staff were good at communicating once we were there but not initially after booking which would’ve been helpful. Lots of parking. Easy distance to airport, large supermarket and the amenities in the town. Close to a large ski area also. Overall, we’d definitely return to Artic Resort...

"Excellent location in the city center of Rovaniemi. The hotel itself is rather functionally furnished, but offers all the amenities which a traveller might need. The breakfast is excellent and prepares you well for a day of exploration in Lapland. The friendly staff is an enormous asset - they helped us a few times with taxi bookings and even helped us to find an intercity bus schedule. The villa is modern with all expected facilities and more(impressive pantry contents provided), the sauna and Hot tub were used frequently with views outside that you would only imagine on a Christmas postcard. "A very comfortable stay with my 2 adult children. The location is very central, walkable to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and overall layout of the apartment was comfortable. The bathroom sink was on the small side and it would be nice if toiletries were included. "
