"This is the best hotel I ever stayed! Luxury with outstanding comfort. Fun complimentary camel rides, beautiful white sand beach, next door to Parliament House. Expensive but worth the money. Will definitely go back if visit Abu Dhabi again. Only little improvement, add more food variety at Vandome buffet and provide shuttle bus to major sites will be great!"

"Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. The room was very clean and service was great. We could not use the ocean for an unknown reason, no comp for that inconvenience. The outdoor pool was not...

"Overall an okay stay - wouldn’t say it’s a 5 star hotel experience. Felt more like a 4 star. Exec lounge food and beverage options really need improving and pool area needs a facelift. Ok hotel but don’t go if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience "

"Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Centrally located with a 4 or more dining options . The pool and the sandy beach were amazing. Definitely worth the money and will come back again ."

"The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe.
