"Great vacation. The Condo was great, the bedrooms are nice, the bathrooms are good. Good water pressure, easy to use entry code system. Vtrips was very responsive and easy to work with when I accidentally deleted the email with my info on arrival. Overall I have zero complaints. "

"We were never told that all the amenities were closed for the duration of our stay. The indoor pool, fitness room and restaurants. We also were not told that the outdoor pools were also not available. Communication on the actual condition of the property was very misleading and false. "
