"This hotel is amazing. The enviornment is great, the gym is extremely big for a hotel gym and the staffs were extremely accommedating. There is also a conference room on the 25th floor you can reserve. I would like to thank Audrey, Mandy, Eva, Jamie and Andy for their continuous assistance. "

"Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. Carpets are getting old. Main resturant is excellent but could use more vegetable choices at buffets. Overall gorgeous place to stay."

"Stayed a couple of das as transit for flight home. Great hotel for the price. We found it difficult to find seat down restaurants near by. Most places were take out. We didn't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff was on point and very helpful. "

"No English spoken there. Toilets don't work. Entire hotel is filthy and carpets no vacuumed even while I was there. Only western food was hard boiled eggs. Only halt roll of toilet paper in room at any time. Then to top it off the tried to charge 1000 yuan or 50% more for the stay than the Expedia itinerary price on the booking. It's a 100% Dump all round. "
