"Our welcome at reception was excellent. Our room was very clean and overlooking the pool. We arrived late but could still order food at the Rubi bar. There was a singer that made the evening more enjoyable even though we were tired from travelling. Beautiful grounds, the gardens are very well kept with some amazing flowers. We used all the facilities and felt very safe and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool came in very handy for the children as the outside pools were cold during February...

"The hotel lobby is beautiful with its view of the dining area looking out to the sea. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. We had a deluxe double room and it had a nice size patio with a stunning view. The hotel is well located in the charming town of Carvoeiro. It was very enjoyable to be able to walk to the many good restaurants. We also ate at the Hotel’s Mare Bistro and The One and had good experiences at both.
