Our room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls and the curtains were dirty in our room. The sheets smelled like mildew. The buffet was not well prepared and was not worth the price. Overall I was not satisfied with the quality of our stay for what we paid for room.

We stayed in the Superior Double room which was a good size, comfortable bed & great shower. Did not have breakfast but there are plenty of places nearby. For some strange reason the bar was never open. The area is lovely and good access on the tram or a lovely walk into the centre in about 20/25 mins.

Overall good stay. Clean room, great service with really helpful staff. Only negative points were toilet in such a bad position that you could not sit on it straight as no room and shower leaked into main bathroom floor a little.
