"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested. "Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. "Terrific find...flew in from JFK, took the Arlanda Express rail connector to Stockholm Central station & voila, Hotel C was 30 paces ahead. Room was tiny, but not unlike what was advertised. Hotel staff were professional, helpful, efficient & kind...Front desk staff, Christian & Lydia were especially helpful. Breakfasts were included & fabulous. Hotel C value was exceptional."
