“I enjoyed this fantastic hotel in Havana which exceeded all my expectations. The warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home, ensuring I had everything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary late checkout, which gave me the extra time to relax before my midnight flight. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right in the heart of Havana, half way between Old Havana and Vedado. The bed was big and comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly,……

“We had a great stay at the Voya Hotel. Beautifully restored building with lovely room and facilities. Small pool and outside bar area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch were very good.”

“Pleasant stay. Building was clean, quiet and staff was just wonderful. The family taking care of the place was warm and friendly. Havana is generally a safe city but they still had a security guard at the entrance overnight which is comforting as a solo traveler. Location was also in the heart of Old Havana making it a bit easier to get to my favorite places. ”

“My husband and I were here for our anniversary. Also our first visit to Cuba! The house is not located in Havana which was fine with me! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They will take great care of you. Shout out to Adrian, Ivan, and Jennifer! A/C in room and we had the king room with shower too. Breakfast is good if you’re a morning eater. “Très bon emplacement et très bel endroit mélangeant avec goût l'ancien et le moderne. Personnel sympahthique, nous avons même pu faire du change et acheter des cigares selon leurs conseils. Le petit-déjeuner compris est cependant à éviter absolument, ma femme a été malade 2 jours après l'avoir mangé. Il y a plein d'endroit à moins de 50 m où on peut le prendre. ”

“Accueil sympathique et attentionné, même tardivement. Carlo est très gentil, poli et nous a aidées pour les valises. La chambre est très spacieuse et la salle de bain aussi. L’immeuble est vieux et le rez de chaussé aussi mais c’est l’ambiance du quartier : une fois au 1er étage tout est bien et de bon goût et à tout moment nous n’oses sommes senties en sécurité.
