"Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch."

Comfortable place to stay in lovely countryside
"We enjoyed our short stay at the barn. The host Jackie was very friendly and kindly allowed us the use of a field to run the dogs, which we (and they) appreciated very much. There are also lovely walks from the property and Dovedale is only a short drive away. We would definitely return if we are ..."

22 Jul 2019If you’re in the area and looking for something to eat, check out carriages restaurant. 5 minute drive from the hotel and a lovely quirky place where you can have your dinner in what looks like a train carriage! Our food was excellent.
