I went here with a group of friends for 4 days for a poker event and I don't think I ever left the hotel. We had a great time here. cant wait to do it again.

I was disappointed at the greeting, or lack of greeting at the front desk. In addition, I was just handed my key card with no directions to the elevator or anything. I ended up walking in a circles looking for the hotel elevator. Aside from that, it is a beautiful hotel.

The property was beautiful. However, I was surprised that they did not have USB outlets. Secondly, I was blindsided by the casino surcharges and taxes. I never received any documentation/email from you or them about the additional fees. There was a communication breakdown.

Borgata is absolutely beautiful! I’m so happy I was able to book this hotel and surprise my mom for Mother’s Day. Everyone was so helpful and very friendly. The room was super clean and the casino is amazing. I will definitely be returning and booking with only Borgata! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a standard king , got there and got a standard queen. I was told by the front desk that she put you on the 26 th floor, as if that had to do with anything, then she says the king beds are doubled bed or some sort . I really wanted to go off but it was Mother’s Day weekend.Listen Beware when you reserve a king bed room , and you will end up with a queen. In-spite you having a confirmation and reservation that clearly says standard king. Besides that I had an overall good experience there but the staff is terrible at the desk (Friday 10 of may) at 4:00 , please get rid of her now and thank me later.

There was wreaking cigarette smoking everywhere. The smoking sections are located right adjacent to the non-smoking sections and it made the entire casino smell like an ashtray. You guys should just go total smoke free. I doubt I'll come back.

The staff was great, very accommodating. This hotel was boring. Nothing exciting happening. The room had outdated furniture. The door to the microwave cabinet came off and the towel rack was hanging. There was a big wet coffee stain in the rug and the towel was dirty with dried toothpaste.
