"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. "Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "

Their Breakfast offerings have both cold and hot stations. They had fresh fruits and fresh veggies. There is a fitness room with a game room/family room gathering area in the basement. The washer and dryer was quite convenient for our stay as well. "We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic. Breakfast was really nice and fresh with plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially the reception ladies and the bar man. On checkout we were able to leave our bags in the luggage room to pick up early afternoon. This was really good as we were able to round the art gallery at Belverdere without carrying our suitcases. The hotel is very well situated for the train station and Metro, although a nice walk through Belverdere and you are almost at the Opera House Hofberg palace. A great stay, thank you."
