"Tony was a fantastic host. Tony's place was immaculate, well stocked. Tony made us feel lime family. Tony bent over backwards to give us insight to places to go, eat and see. He even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived for our anniversary. His kayaks and canoes were available to use on the lake that his property was on. My wife and I will be sure to go back again. 5 stars all around. "

Great location, close to many activities and things to do. The house itself had everything we needed to be comfortable. Robert was very responsive. Highly recommended!"

"We were spending time in Saratoga and found this very reasonably priced cottage about 30 minutes away. The one-bedroom cottage was set about 100 yards from the owner's main residence. There is plenty of privacy and the cottage included an outside area near the BBQ grill and a separate outside sitting area around a fire pit. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, exceptionally clean, obviously recently renovated, is has a great layout and it is beautifully decorated. The cottage includes everything...

"The house was perfect for a group of aging college roommates to get together and catch up. We could walk to some of the local establishments and the marina and we went whitewater rafting one day."

"We visited in late September. House was really cute and very clean. It was a chilly, rainy weekend, so we didn’t get to use the outdoor games and tables. The bedrooms are small, but otherwise great. The lake is across the street and the street can be busy."

"Michael was the best host! The house was so lovely and right by activities. We rented a boat a short drive away, had delicious food at the pub, and hung out at the beach! Michael was so responsive and any issue we had was assisted with immediately. He was very communicative leading up to the stay as well. Would highly recommend for a group of people looking for a relaxing weekend!!"

"Very nice! The inside of the house is as nice as the pictures. I got the sense that it's a recent, thoughtfully done remodel that's almost complete. It had some nice welcoming touches such as a basket with s'mores fixings. It wasn't important to us, but the pictures of the water could be misleading because we couldn't see the water from the property. Overall, this was comfortable and more than adequate for our needs, yet very affordable. I definitely recommend this property."

"Quaint adirondack cabin in a nice neighborhood in the woods. The screened in front porch was a great place to start and end the day with a cup of coffee. Neighbors are close but are very friendly. The fire pit was also a hit with our grandson. Clean and comfortable beds. Diane from tha managemect company was a great source of things to do in and around Lake Luzerne.Overall the best short vacation we have had in a long time!]"

"Our group had a really lovely time staying on the lake. The view, the ability to take a boat out in the morning, and a dip in the afternoon... a delight! It's a little more rustic indoors, so be prepared to bring things like olive oil, or pepper, if you're planning on cooking. And linens aren't included. But beyond that, the VHS collection was very fun, and the grill and fire pit were also a great way to spend the evening. Thank you to Robb for a wonderful long weekend!"

"We arrived to the property by way of country roads, quaint towns, and breath taking views of the lake. Once there we enjoyed all the property had to offer. The owners instructions were simple, the property was clean and they provided everything, including washing machines and soap. We had a blast and the hostess was amazing work with."

"The location is very nice on a small clean lake. The deck overlooking the lake is the best feature of the cabin. The kitchen counter space is tiny and made meal prep for a group of 5 women difficult. The gas grill should have a cover to protect it from the rain and the automatic starter did not work. We did find a lighter to start it. The bathroom is very far from the bedrooms which are upstairs which was an issue for some of us at night. Also we needed to use the sleeper sofas in the living...

"We had a large groups of guys, and this house was perfect. From the gorgeous pool and back patio, to the numerous sleeping locations, the house fit our needs perfectly. Our host was great, he provided towels for the pool and showers and gave us some great suggestions of a few places to eat with beautiful lake views. The location was perfect, we spent a morning on the lake renting a boat (15min Uber ride to marina), and an afternoon at the racetrack (again about a 15min Uber). Both nights we...

"We were in town for a wedding and mosts out of town guests were staying at the Hilton. This cottage on the lake was perfect . We had a nice fire on the patio and grilled fresh fish which I caught off their pier. The stars in the sky were amazing. The owner gave us everything we needed and made sure we were doing fine after our arrival. Very nice !"
