Overall, the property was dirty. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle upon arrival to BWI at 8pm. The hairdryer was broken in the room and the front desk was irritated when I called to ask for a replacement stating "I am all alone until 9:00" but I needed to be to the airport by 7am. She proceeded to place the phone on the desk without telling me her plan. She then brought a new dryer to the room and held it out without saying a word before leaving. Due to the lack of cleanliness, we did not even consider grabbing something from the breakfast bar. The shuttle driver in the morning was pleasant and helped with our bags.
