Great stay great service
Impeccably clean rooms, daily housekeeping service, nice full FREE breakfast with lots of food choices, weekly happy hours with free appetizers, wine, beer soft drinks. Rooftop pool with gorgeous view. Nice onsen for relaxing after a day out. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Thong Lor Soi 55. Great area
4 year anniversary coming up. Siper location near BTS Thong Lor. / on one of Sukhumvit’s main “soi” that is actually a boulevard. Pool and hot soak On Sen wjoer in room so it caters to bother east and west. Breakfast is solid and from 6:30-10:00. Then restaurant turns into a coffee club w light meals and codfwe. Nice setup. I would stay here again.

Amazing place for a perfect family vacation
The hotel is amazing for the price. The view from our window is beautiful! Hotel is very clean and service is very good. We love the "den" (lounge area) and the pool area. The location of the hotel is just perfect. It's in a trendy and vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants and massage houses. (Love the Thai massage!) I wish the breakfast buffet had more selections. It's not bad but could use some improvement.

Brilliant rooms, clean, comfortable, convenient
Great hotel/ serviced apartment. Clean, secure, comfortable, and convenient. It was great to have a washer / dryer too. I will definitely try stay here next time I’m in Bangkok, the breakfast buffet is limited, however the a la carte cafe is brilliant. 100% recommend, it’s a shame I didn’t stay here my whole trip as I chose another hotel before moving to this one after a trip to Chiang Mai. One thing to note on Apple Maps the location is incorrect, follow the address on hotels.com (it’s actually a lot closer to Sukhumvit Road than what Apple says). There was construction next door but the hotel has great sound proofing and I didn’t hear anything.

Good hotel for its location if you plan to enjoy luxurios night life in BKK. Basically, this hotel is more or like a Japanese Business hotel. The hotel offers you standard stuffs such as coffee or tea, fridge, microwave, tv, washing machine, dish washer sink. However, this hotel does not provide service like in room dining, not like other 5 stars hotel. Therefore, you need to walk out for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is included in the room.

Staybridge was an unexpected and pleasant find for our stay in Bangkok. The room was well furnished and nicely decorated, with plenty of cutlery. We were impressed by the brand new sponge that they provided for our short stay too. The hotel has a free shuttle service that goes to Thonglor BTS, but do note that there isn’t a pick up service. If you’re lucky (or willing to wait) the shuttle can fetch you back to the hotel once it’s dropped off their passengers. There’s a famous mango sticky rice place at the drop-off point. Staff are really helpful too and go out of the way to assist with anything you might need. The breakfast spread is rather limited, but the food is tasty and changes daily. They also allow you to pack food from the buffet line to go back to your room as the dining space is quite small.

I don’t know but I stayed in a 1 bedroom corner suite. Something was dirty in the air system. I changed rooms once and I still had a problem. This is the only place where a system in Bangkok has caused such a problem. I would not recommend it if your sensitive. I stayed for 5 days and if I could have been refunded I would have switched.

LOVE IT
This hotel is a newer hotel with well equipped and decorated rooms. With Bangkok's humid weather, I put the washing machine to work everyday. The front staff were accommodating, I was able to do early check-in and later check-out. Loved their gym, pool, and onsen. Breakfast was excellent. In addition, the coffee machine at the library was free for guests to use, and I did. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We like the onsen and the dining at night. But time was limited coz the kitchen closes early. Then there is the use of the tuktok. We were lied by the 3 staff at the reception, PHY, AOY and FREN. We were told the wait is 45 mins and we agreed. We started to wait at 11:07am & only left at 12:33pm. They gave us various times of arrival of the service. Then they wanted us to take a taxi. I said the tuktok was a service of the hotel. I told her to call the driver and she went into the back office hurriedly without excusing herself. We then realized that the tuktok came from the back which has been parked all the time. FREN the 3rd person in the reception was the driver and he came from the kitchen. There is no back gate. One of us was waiting in the front to see if the tuktok pulled in. I told PHY that I wanted to speak with their manager. She said the manager was in a meeting. So I said we will return by 6pm and ask that the manager review the CCTV first before we discussed the lies that the 3 employees told us. They got caught and never even apologized. Then there is the dining area for the buffet breakfast. There is a sign that says we can order eggs according to our preference. They only served sunny side up eggs. So one of us came up to the server to request for 5 hard boiled eggs. He shockingly asked 5??? I said there is 3 of us. Then I realized I don’t have to explain. When the white people ordered a bunch of omelets they never questioned them. This is discrimination.
