「We really liked the home-like feel. Having the opportunity to have a full kitchen and room for the whole family of 5 made it a great overall stay. The staff was very friendly and fast when we requested more towels or anything. 」

「Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Check-in staff were inhospitable, unfriendly , unwelcoming, and dry. I would not go back. Additionally receiving a very businesslike email from hotel prior to arrival with rules…. Not my idea of hospitality. Too bad because rooms were nice but i would not go back. 」

「This hotel is a great addition to the El Cajon, Santee area. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was extensive with a great selection. Coffee is always hot and fresh. We will be staying there again if in the area. Many choices to eat within walking distance. Our room looked over a garden, the garden department at Home Depot. Could have been worse. Parking is the only complaint. Limited spaces for a property this size. 」

I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us.
