「Cute little place. Provided a keurig but only had tea. No big deal just noting. Bathroom lighting is not great. Heating is hot as hades or cold. Hard to find happy medium with baseboard heat but to be expected. If you’re parking an SUV, plan to finagle your way out. Overall, I was happy with this unit.」

「I absolutely am in awe with this place. Definitely meant for two people only, and no kids. I loved that the phone reception wasn’t the best, because it really forced my significant other and I to spend less time on our phones, and more time together. I felt I was in a Thomas Kinkade painting. We will definitely be coming back here again next year.」

「One of the most "loggy" log cabins I've ever visited! Location has great mountain views, lots of outdoor deck space, and a great layout. Two bedrooms upstairs, one ground level, and one semi-basement room give plenty of room for spreading out. Really well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated home!」

「The wife, dogs, and I stayed here to unplug during a rainy Memorial Day. This property is special! Felt like we were transported back to the 1800s (but with some key comforts like baseboard heaters). We enjoyed zoning out to the crackling fire and looking at the tides go by.」

The cabin itself, beyond its impeccably detailed design and appointments is situated on a lake that simply transports you to some other place and time--timeless really. 「Two cabins on property. The photos they advertise are of the main cabin. Basically zero communication had to figure which one was my cabin on my own. Still a cute place to stay, just needs clear communication and show the second cabin or give option to choose which one.」

「This is a secluded adorable log cabin off the beaten path. Just what we needed for some quiet down time. Yet close enough to town to visit family. It was clean and well stocked. The decorations for fall were superior. The clean, well kept landscaped and fire pit area were great. Be prepared to drive down a dirt road. (well kept) And keep an eye out for the sign that says “Cozy Log Cabin”. You cant see the house until after you turn into the unpaved driveway.」

「Everything was perfect, from the quaintness of the cabin to the communication with the host! It was exactly as described, and we came prepared! The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldn’t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup! Our puppies loved paddling around in the water, and the scenery was to die for!」

「Enjoying our stay at Koi Cabin is an understatement. The setting, decor and comfort of the cabin was excellent. The location is perfect for nature walks and quick access to shopping. The view of Lake was equally lovely. This is a perfect place for a couple or small family to enjoy Maple Valley.」

「We had a wonderful sunny weekend at the beach. The house is well equipped and the seals and bald eagles visited every day. The beach is walkable when the tide is out, with sea stars and other creatures to discover in the rocks and sand.」

「The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.」
