Perfect!
More than expected! Other than food and drink, everything was provided- even a plug in stove for cooking, coffee, and smores items! Perfect little space for a getaway. Wifi worked great! Owners were friendly and so accommodating!!

Quiet cabin in Berkeley Springs
This was my second time stay here. The property owners are there to help if anything was needed. Cozy, clean, with a fireplace, comfortable bed, comfortable leather chairs, grill, fire pit.

A very comfortable and peaceful stay at an adorable cabin in the middle of nowhere. Lovely fall colors to see on long walks and every time we had a small issue - the owners were more than helpful to get us what we needed. Much appreciated!!!!

Weekend Getaway
Very clean, well maintained property that had everything we needed for a nice quiet weekend away. Owners provided every detail needed before our stay, everything was super smooth and couldn’t have been easier. It definitely shows that the owners take pride in their property and the rentals on it!

Stayed overnight three nights. Enjoyed everything thoroughly. Cabin was cozy and homey, we felt completely comfortable. Enjoyed excursions to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park.

Cozy and quiet
Nice weekend place in a peaceful area yet close to downtown Berkeley Springs and Great Cacapon State Park. Lots of ground to explore. Regarding the cabin, think hotel room size but without the possibly loud hallway and thin walls to deal with of a hotel. Hot plate and microwave in mini kitchen. Small refrigerator also but adequate for two people for an extended weekend. Sulfur content in the water is noticeable so you may wish to bring your own drinking water. Cabin was nicely decorated. The owners were highly responsive with sending and answering emails. The only thing I didn't like was a third party called Evolve trying to handle our reservation and asking me to sign up with them. I value my personal information and don't wish to share it with third parties whenever possible. We would stay again.

Privacy in the woods on s beautiful mountain ridge
We were welcomed with beautiful, well-kept grounds amid a variety of tree growth. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and seating nearby. Our cabin was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a short trip. And we can't say enough about hosts Bill and Patty...thanks for your hospitality and tour!

Relaxing few days!
We had a wonderful few days stay in the little cabin. Beautiful quiet outdoor area to walk and enjoy Mother Nature. Close to Berkeley Springs and several great restaurant options. We plan to return within the year. Owners are available and able to assist or attend to your needs.

Surprise Getaway
Surprised my wife for her birthday. The cabin was perfect. The location is a lovely park-like setting but convenient to Berkeley Springs. My only recommendations for management are: first, post the parking spot since the directions say to park in the "designated" parking place but no place had a sign; and second, add information to the welcome note about the available kitchen items (pots, hotplate, glassware, etc.) which are provided at the cabin. Minor items but helpful.

This property is beautiful and offers wooded scenery with trails to walk on. Cabin is small but was the perfect size for 2 people. Close to town and very quiet setting.

Wonderful couples retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. Check in instructions were clear and simple. The cabin was cozy and well appointed - perfect amenities for the space. The ground were well kept and there were lots of neat spaces to relax and explore. We would love to visit again in the spring and have more time to enjoy the outdoor amenities here.

Perfect weekend getaway!
The cottage is everything you see and so much more. Just 10 minutes from town and situated on a beautiful property. Great for a couple's retreat to do some hiking and use the Roman baths. Second time coming back and plan to visit again in the spring.

Mission accomplished
I wanted to get away to relax in peace but also visit Berkeley Springs and the little cabin was perfect! The property is beautiful and the cabin is well appointed with lots of extra touches to make it feel super cozy and inviting. Everything I wanted to see and do was within a 15/20 minute drive and the hiking at Cacapon is amazing! So impressed, I have re-booked for my birthday in November. Thank you Bill & Pat for a wonderful long weekend.

Perfect getaway
Bill & Pat were gracious hosts that had everything covered. On site in case we needed anything as well. The property was perfect for a little R&R. Nice walk to the stream/creek and tons of privacy. Lots of shared spaces, but the separate fire pit and grill for each cabin was a plus for us. Cabin was immaculate and better in person than the photos online. We will definitely be back !!

A little piece of heaven!
This cabin was amazing! Just the right size with all the amenities I needed. I went away to recharge and regroup and this was the idle place. The surrounding property is beautiful and it allows one to wonder and explore. It creates an oasis for relaxation. The bed was inviting and the fireplace allows for book reading and reflecting. Patty and Bill are the best hosts I have ever encountered and I travel a lot. They made my stay extra special. I can't wait to return!

This cabin is perfect for a couples getaway. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and coffee on the front porch. There’s a nice trail around the property that is worth exploring. A short drive to Berkeley Springs and Cacapon. We’d love to come back!

Very cozy
Very clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. It was a relaxing getaway and we will probably be back. I Loved everything about it except for the well water. It had a horrible iron smell that made my stomach turn.

Great weekend getaway!
My husband and I rented the Little Cabin for a weekend getaway in Berkeley Springs. It’s a lovely place to stay! Very cozy and well kept. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants in town.

Great hosts!
Bill and Patty were very helpful, friendly, and responsive! We arrived late at night in snowy weather and had some trouble with ice and snow in the driveway. Even though it was very late, Bill came out and shoveled and put salt down so that we felt safe parking on the slope. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect serene solo retreat
Wonderful little cabin for my solo retreat. Spent the weekend in Berkley Springs for a spa weekend and stayed at this cute little cabin that was convenient to town yet secluded for a relaxing, quiet weekend. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and relax. The bed was comfy, the property was gorgeous and the cabin had all the amenities needed. The property owners were friendly and responsive. I will definitely be back!

Great quiet stay
We loved the cabin and especially the fireplace. The property is remote and quiet, which is a plus and a minus. We found the town quirky and interesting. Definitely loved the hosts and they were very kind. New, well-kept place.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful in preparing for our arrival/stay. The room was clean and comfy, with a gas fire place. The location was quiet/peaceful and was a few minutes from downtown. It was a perfect weekend getaway.
