Single glazed windows don't keep much of the road noise out but, had it not been for karaoke (which I was warned about and finished at a sensible time) I wouldn't have heard the pub. For the price, certainly can't grumble. Only main gripe was the fire exit sign, which I'm sure is far brighter than it needs to be. Bring shower gel! "

"Right from setting foot in the place, we were made to feel very welcome. We were shown to our room, even though we arrived three hours early and only wanted to see if we could drop off our bags. An ideal location for the Malton food festival. The only real issue we had was no parking, due to the festival.
