Parked and never left. Multiple places on site to eat and drink. Great view from the balcony of our hotel room. Waterpark, rides, and giant arcade provided hours of fun for both adults and children. Express checkin and checkout were a breeze! Nice room and bathroom. I liked the key bracelets and ability to charge to the room everywhere. Would stay here again. Needs a few more elevators.

My kids loved the arcade! However, the shower floor was dirty and I just expected it to be more clean. I had to bring my own bleach and clean the shower. The pool is too small for the 300 plus rooms and people that were there. I mean the pool was PACKED and the water was cloudy because of it. Then they stop you at the pool opening and make you OPEN UP YOUR BAG LIKE A CRIMINAL to tell you that you can’t bring in a Stanley and had me go back up to the 23rd floor because of it. Said “oh we have free water”. Ok and it’ll be warm in 2 minutes in those little clear cups. The margaritaville in Conroe Texas was much better. Bigger pools. More pools! Splash pad. Pool side food service. You can bring your Stanley. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was ok, but I think a one time visit was enough.
