「This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.」

「The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. 」

「Initially we started out at this unit but had some issues with plumbing , the owner graciously moved us to another Condo located elsewhere bc he couldn’t get a plumber for a few days, we was very happy with where we were but equally happy where we wound up. The owner was very willing to make our stay enjoyable and it was. So my five stars are for both places, I’d definitely rent again 」

「Owner communicated well. A little of a hassle that we scheduled everything around check in at 3 but it wasn’t until 4 and we didn’t find out until check in instructions were sent. The front door squeaked terribly. The shower barely spit water out of the faucet. The beach was a good bit from 23 and it was about half way between the pool and the beach. The beds were not great. Both sank in the middle. Fridge didn’t really cool well. Coffee pot not a kuerig so don’t get the pods. The beach was a...

「Great host!! Answered in a timely manner and the unit was very clean. Wonderful for families with the fishing pier, swimming pool and beach all in the same vicinity.」

「This place was absolutely perfect for my mother and I. The location was easily accessed. The hosts are so kind and as a bonus, they have a sweet little cat who loves to welcome their guests. I'd 100% recommend and would stay again.」

「Absolutely loved this little 2 bedroom. Everything was exactly as described and more. Everything from the little goodie tray with extra soaps, teas, waters, etc. to fans (if needed) stowed neatly away under the beds. If we forgot something I can guarantee it was there if we needed it. You'll find everything you need for the beach from coolers to umbrellas and inside everything from seasonings to laundry soap was provided. It was totally unexpected but a pleasant surprise, we had no idea there...
