"Check-in was incredibly slow. We tried to check-in early but we’re asked to return at 4pm at which point the queue was out the door! We returned twice over the next two hours to find the queue just as long. Eventually we bit the bullet and queued for around 40mins. Otherwise the hotel was all fine. Staff friendly, food good, room clean etc."

"Extremely poor service, we checked in to the B&B with friends to be then handed our keys and told to find our own rooms as she needed to deal with an inpatient guest. Not sure where they got the photos for the hotel but they certainly weren’t of the rooms we stayed in, window had no lock despite being on first floor bathroom door didn’t close properly they forgot the breakfast on the last day which was not worth £10. "This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing. There is no 24hr front desk , there's not even a desk and when you try to contact them it just repeatedly goes to voicemail they are totally uncontactable. we left a day early as we could not bear another night in there.
