"Nicely set up VRBO that was clean and had lots of towels (which my wife always appreciates). The team quickly responded and fixed a circuit that went out the same day we reported it – very reassuring! When it comes to parking beware of the alternating street parking restrictions on the side of the building near the front door. The signs said enforcement starts at 8am, and indeed I promptly got a ticket at 9:07am...:)"

Carrie & Scott had everything we could have needed on hand & there was nothing better than returning to the apt to watch the sunset over the marsh from the deck outside our room. "Totally enjoyed the space. Our view of the lake was spectacular. It was the right size for 2 people. Piece of comfort and home. Efficient and clean. Host was there if needed, and let you enjoy their space. We enjoy watching Lake Sagandaga. It takes on so many different views via cloud formation, color and weather. This place provided the place to enjoy the scenery and let us unwind."

"We were in need of a place to sleep while in town for a family reunion. This property was delightful! It was perfect for the two of us. The small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker was perfect for preparing small meals between our scheduled activities. The handicapped accessibility in the bathroom and hallway was an additional benefit. The bed was quite comfortable but the sofa not so much!"

"Very good bargain. Right across from Union college. Air conditioning in every room helped us sleep well on the hot days. Was nicely stocked with great coffee, all linens, towels, huge tv, beds were as good as any hotel. My only negative would be the front bedroom is noisier from traffic. Otherwise, this property is great value for the cost. Will come again next year. "

"Property is upstairs apartment and easy to access. Walking distance to everything including track. We enjoy staying in town and rarely needed to drive. Bedrooms are good size. Not a significant space to eat in but we didn't go there to dine in the apartment. good washer/dryer. Saratoga is an expensive place during racing but this property is a very good value."
