"Property was excellent "

"Very friendly staff including cleaning crew. The location is a plus as it’s near bus line yet one block away thus providing quietness. The street access is undergoing reconstruction. The cons: towels are stiff. The decoration is dark color - carpet and hallway walls and its clash. "

"The breakfast was excellent and the staff members were very helpful. The building is a little tired, but the bed was comfortable. The one thing we couldn’t understand was the large gap around the bathroom door and overly clear glass. There was little to no privacy, and if one person got up to the bathroom at night, the whole room was lit up. I love my wife but not that much. "

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Nice room, clean and tidy. Great staff, very helpful and personal. The breakfast was a really good variety and even some Hungarian sparkling wine if you want to toast the day in. I used the gym when it was raining and it was lovely, great equipment and a lovely setting. Really well located, only 2 minute walk from the Opera house and station. Honestly cannot say enough nice things about this place and the great staff. Will stay here again when I visit."

"The place was immaculate and had lots of nice touches. The chocolates on each pillow and the lights upon entry was welcoming. I appreciated the coffee pods each day. Couldn't have been in a more convenient location. Single tram ride from the main train station. "

"Hotel is in a very good position for visiting places. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Add bonus of being able to have coffee and juices mid day until 7pm."

"Nice hotel, although there was some maintenance happening in the morning which was quite loud as you could hear the drilling but it didn’t bother us as we were up early anyway. "
