"It's the Fairmont so you should expect top tier. All in all it was satisfactory. The bathroom was clean however the shower floor corners had mold. View of airplanes were pretty cool, Nespresso in the room was a nice touch but the snacks and bottled water should be free considering it $500 a night!!!!"

"The staff was amazing. We came from an Alaskan cruise and my fiancé was very sick. They got us into a room very quickly so she could get into bed. We needed to heat up some soup, and a microwave was delivered to our room. Unbelievable customer service. If there’s a return visit to Vancouver, the Paradox Hotel is the place we’ll be."
