I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us. He provided excellent customer……
